History
OnTheClock software was introduced in 2003 by Dean Mathews and licensed in 2004 by the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.
In 2008, OnTheClock hired its first full-time employee in technical support. In 2014, Mark Mathews (Dean's brother) joined OnTheClock as co-owner to design mobile apps. In August 2015 OnTheClock released the native iOS and Android Apps for mobile devices.
OnTheClock is a privately owned company and it provides its own working capital for engineering and marketing needs. It employs six full-time employees and services 6000+ companies.

OnTheClock offers timing-saving solutions that help businesses to track employees' time cards. The product is available on four platforms: web-browser, mobile browser, Android, and IOS App.
Software Integration
OnTheClock integrates with QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks online. It also provides a generic and proprietary timecard export which payroll processors can import into various payroll software.
